Sales Strategy Manager (150k 100% remote) Mobile Ads

New York, New York · Sales

Our client is seeking a Sales Strategy Manager with a strong background in mobile advertising. 
Key responsibilities:

    • Build and maintain client facing Sales collateral including decks and one-pagers
    • Develop and execute a strategy to increase customer success stories and case studies 
    • Collaborate with Commercial leads to develop and maintain an internal Sales Enablement Playbook, highlighting all elements of the customer journey (sales cycle, objection handling, FAQ etc)
    • Partner with the Creative department to visualize company’s value and product features for sales collateral
    • Work with the sales team to develop outreach messaging to be used in genre-specific cadences
    • Partner with Marketing and Product to ensure our outward messaging is in line with our company tone.
    • Partner with legal to ensure our client facing material is compliant and approved
    • Create and manage a professional development plan in the form of external sales trainings to help further career growth of the commercial team
    • Create internal documentation for commercial initiatives throughout the year (new product rollouts, sprints etc)
    • Partner with the commercial leaders to develop content for internal quarterly events (Sales Kick Off, board meetings, etc)
    • Collaborate with Marketing to create collateral for industry events

Qualifications & Skills:

    • 4+ year experience in sales enablement, marketing, or similar roles supporting a fast paced commercial team
    • Experience in the mobile gaming or ad tech markets.
    • Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks
    • Proven track record creating high quality sales collateral
    • Power user of powerpoint or google slides 
    • Excellent communicator and presenter
    • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
    • Organization and time management skills
    • Enthusiastic and passionate
    • Self-sufficient high performer who enjoys contributing to the success of a wider team.
