The Talent Hunt Group currently has an immediate opening for the position for Asset Management Specialist to work as part of a team to track hardware and/or software inventories while working out of U.S. Naval Base Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with all IA/CND policies and requirementsManage the change process so that only approved and validated changes are incorporated into product documents and related softwareEstablishes and maintains configuration and data management policies and procedures to be utilized by department personnelOrganizes and implements and follow the process of evaluating performance against established policies and procedures to ensure hardware and documentation integrity is being maintainedAsset Manager will track hardware warranties and their lifecycle for replacements i.e. “LCR” life cycle replacement Create and standardized system across the AO for network usage Tracks baseline image revisions/software lists and/or hardware inventoriesUpdates hardware/software data in Service Now on release record completionTracks 3rd party software and Enterprise software license expirations Downloads/maintains 3rd party software (SW) for library, as well as Army Gold Master imageVerifies that requested software has a current Risk Management Framework (RMF)Enters change requests into Service Now for approvalCreate CTASK for each department’s workflow

Required

Associate degree or additional years of experience can substitute for degree Minimum Five (5) years of Configuration Management experience
