(Senior) Technical Program Manager (On-site) 120k - 180k

**Responsibility**

We are seeking a versatile, highly skilled, and innovative Technical Program Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with internal engineers and external business partners to gather project requirements and success metrics, document detailed plans, regularly communicate status updates, and oversee projects to completion. This involves managing project schedules, tracking action items, identifying risks, and effectively communicating goals to project stakeholders. Your projects will vary in scope and align with the engineering team's requirements, and you will play a pivotal role in keeping the team coordinated on project progress and deadlines. Adaptability in a fast-paced environment is a key requirement.

**Requirements**

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.

- Direct experience working in Engineering or Manufacturing Teams.

- A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in program or project management, leading or tracking technical projects to launch.

- Demonstrated technical aptitude and strong analytical skills with a track record of achieving results.

- Exceptional attention to detail, effective time management, multitasking ability, prioritization skills, and the capability to stay ahead of tasks while meeting deadlines in a fast-moving environment.

- Strong communication skills, project management expertise (coordinating multiple projects throughout their entire lifecycle), interpersonal skills, and organizational capabilities.

**Preferred Experience**

- Experience in automotive OEMs or Tier1 is a plus.

- PMP/PMI certification or a similar project management certification is a plus.

**Compensation and Benefits**

- Base Salary Range: $100,000 - $180,000 Annually. Compensation may vary based on factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, experience, location, and more. Base pay is one component of the Total Compensation, and this role may also be eligible for bonuses/incentives and restricted stock units.
