In collaboration with Technology team, lead Salesforce Marketing Cloud expansion, configuration, and data migration, working with Marketing Cloud Connect, and other Integrations
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop, communicate, and execute Marketing Cloud project concepts and campaign development. Share outcomes and learnings with Marketing and Sales colleagues and client (e.g., Key Accounts, Field) project stakeholders. Conduct user training and actively promote user adoption of Marketing Cloud
Design and implement for automated email/mobile journeys using the WSMM Marketing Cloud features (i.e. Email Studio, Journey Builder, etc.) and advise clients on how to optimize further
Design and maintain segments (e.g., verticals, customer archetypes, etc.) within Marketing Cloud for a variety of marketing projects
Design and/or build integrations between Marketing Cloud and 3rd party applications or data sources
Report on and analyze email activity using Email Studio reports and Journey Builder (as well as other Salesforce tools data viewing and analysis tools)
